Gordy and my Bother in Law Mike went out Deer hunting early Thanksgiving morning.
Gordy got his first Deer. I was so proud of him, and so excited to try cooking venison.
This was a beautiful Deer, and We do not kill such a majestic animal
for sport, we are Thankful for the meat it has provided for our Family

Gordy killed Bambi.....how sad.
The venisen is great meat for tamallies. (Add a pork roast with it.really season it with lots of garlic and New Mexico chilli)
